This kit is required if you want to install your battery holder inside a service truck, on metal shelving, inside a toolbox.
The 4x outer holes from for example the M18 Battery Holder need to be drilled out with a 1/4" bit so the supplied rivet nuts will slide into the hole.
No drilling required to mount the battery holders to a flat surface.
